Inevitable Trial

Inevitable Trial

A Poem by Undeadjem
"

Collaberation of Platos Trial of Socrates and J.R.R. Tolkiens The TwoTowers

"
In the woods
clad with grass
steep dark land
leaves
quivered
rustled
near the root
of the mountain

silver drops
of rain
hardly bent the forest roof
of leaves

breaking his long silence
sighed
"life in Athens
corrupt
punishment
darkness
ignorance

death blooms

now I think
the Gods themselves
are complete atheist
of us
on earth"
