Jane

May I Help you

Jane says with a disgusted look on her face

Brittany

Hi I'm Brittany I will be your new Housekeeper

Brittany says with a big smile on her face

Jane

You're my new cleaning lady

Jane says with disbelief in her eyes

Brittany

yes I am

Jane 

wow come in

Jane opens her door wider as Brittany walks inside

Jane 

Um excuse me where do you think you are take off your shoes please

Jane says with an attitude

Brittany 

Sorry about that

Brittany chuckles as she takes off her shoes and puts them in the corner

And i better not smell anything

Jane says with an attiude

Brittany

Brittany says with confusion

Brittany 

so where can i sit

JANE

Give me a minute to get a towel

Jane walks to the closet grabs a big black towel and some gloves, She walks back to Brittany and gives her the gloves and puts the towel on the sofa

Jane 

You can sit on that and You're only allowed to sit in her no where else in the house and always and I mean always where gloves in this house

Brittany

Jane

If that is a problem you can leave

Brittany

no I need the job

Jane 

thought so have a seat

Brittany sits down on sofa with a sadness running threw her heart

Jane

Here are the rules if anything come up missing i will call the police on you,don't speak to nobody that comes threw this house, don't eat nothing in my kitchen and don not use my bathroom

Brittany 

I can't use the bathroom

Jane

That's what I said isn't it

Brittany

Jane

Alright then now don't interrupt me again or you will be out the door

Brittany

Brittany whispers

now like i said no using the bathroom only cleaning and you go home if you are late you will be terminated and if you miss more then three days in the first 6 months you are terminated and I don't care about your family problems

Brittany sits looking at Jane like she has lost her mind

Jane

you are come to work Monday- Friday from 9-5 and you make thirteen dollars and hour and will get paid every two weeks understood

Brittany

Yes

Jane 

Now I will have you sign this letter stating that if anything happen to you I am not responsible for you, wait a minute can you read and write

Brittany

yes

Brittany says with an elevated voice

Jane

Don"t raise your voice at me I know how your people are and i will not tolerate that type of violence here

Jane screams at Brittany

Brittany signs the letter

Jane

now here is a list of everything I want clean get out my face and i don't want to see you until the end of your work shift

Brittany gets up and starts to clean

Scene 2 ( Jane is in her room laying down sipping on wine when she begins to cough very loud as Brittany is down stares cleaning the floor she hears the cough)

Brittany

Jane are you ok

Brittany yells as she hears the cough getting louder and louder she walks upstairs and walks into Jane bedroom and sees her laying face down on the floor she goes into panic mode take her gloves off calls the police and then starts CPR on Jane. A day later Jane is in the hospital alive when she calls Brittany swallows her pride and apologizes and thanks her for saving her life.
