Cloud

Cloud

A Poem by Anonymous
"

Hooray for personal poems.

"
A transparent, pale shape in the sky,
Filled with swirling lightning storms and rain.
Swimming across the rolling sunset,
Soaking in the sunlight and becoming less.
Thinning out and pouring hot tears of rain,
Shedding its thick layers of raging storm.
Ever shifting form and shape, high in the sky,
The figure never stays the same over new lands.
It floats in the starry night, wading in starlight,
Dreaming of finding a true form after all.

My name does really mean a lot when considering myself, if you were wondering why I was even called Cloud in the first place.

*complete, utter silence as you hear grasshoppers in the background, then claps hands once, which soon becomes major applause* Wonderful job, Cloud. I absolutely LOVED this poem. The imagery was GREAT.
