My Saviour

My Saviour

A Poem by Wanderer

As the night spreads its darkness

I look for spots of brightness

Moonlight could not give the illumination

Your alluring face gave the motivation

As the sun radiates harsh heat

I searched for something to beat it

Trees on the street did not give any relief

Yours hairs helped get over its grief

As the sky opens up and give showers

I look to escape it and find a cover

Nothing could save me from getting drenched

Surrendering in yours arms finally helped
