The Howling

The Howling

A Poem by UC Poika
"

Word picture with no more feelings

"

Howls in the wind
Where?  an empty room
Where a body resides as
The rattling the door makes
Implores one to
Three for days now

They say he collects spirits
Some you know some
More vocal than others
Some stronger than vodka

Is he alive
Where?
In there?
Dead drunk that's what it is
Dandelions turned to bad wine
Dead?
Drunk?
Is there a difference?
