Travel Time

traveling is beautiful.

Travel Time

I travel

not too far,

but not too short

I have seen so much,

but seen so little

with more to be seen

 

I have walked the Great Wall

I have seen the Buddha’s light

I have ran with the sheep in green Irish fields

It was 2:10 when I saw Big Ben

And I explored some Great Pyramid

But it’s never enough

 

I want to scale the Eiffel Tower

I want to climb Mt. Everest

 I want to walk up the Aztec temples

And I want to swim the Great Barrier Reef

    There is so much to do,

With so little time

 

I could sit and stare

All day long

Wishing I was where I wasn’t
