Dear City Lights

Dear city lights,
take my breath away with your beautiful presence.
Hold me in your safety and resilience to still shine.
Protect me from the outside world take me back home.

Dear heavenly stars,
guide me on my way.
Heal all my pain and fear with a glimmer of hope
shine on little one you make a big difference to someone somewhere.

Dear life,
make me strong
show where and to who I belong 
give me wings to sore and chances to fly
give me power to choose what and who to become.
Show me who I may be.
