What you should do today

What you should do today

A Poem by Ryan Falzon - Tymon

Flame erupts in our hearts
Tearing our souls apart.
Let the strings of fate dance
As they adjust our daily stance.

Let the blue flame chill our soul
Let the strings of fate make us whole.
Let the breath of nature calm our mind
Let the ignorance of youth make us blind.

Each day we rush to reach success,
Not satisfied, always want to progress.
Why do we always want more and more?
Resisting greed is our single largest chore.

So please I ask, do me a favor today,
Forget the petty quarrels currently in play
Resist the greed, jealousy, and watch what you say
Smile, and repeat this each and every other day.

Insightful into the struggle of not getting lost within one's own life. A pause and reflection on the need for a pause and reflection.
