Our Treasure

Our Treasure

A Poem by Ryan Falzon - Tymon

Always treasure your treasures.
Never expect them to stay forever.
For at the most unexpected time,
A thief shall steal what ever shines.

Do not treasure your possessions,
and let them become your obsession.
No. They are replaceable, expendable.
Treasure what you think is infrangible.

What you think is strong, is weak.
What you think is weak, is strong.
For the second we rest from our duty.
That is when they will steal your beauty.

Always treasure your treasures.
Never expect them to stay forever.
Remember that one day, they'll disappear.
So enjoy the treasures as they are still here.

What you think is strong, is weak.
What you think is weak, is strong.
Very nice verse complex and clever.
I agree yet dissagree at the same time i think to grow attached to an object is silly if it they have only grown attached to it because its worth alot. I like to say that one day i will grow attached to a ring on my finger that eternal memory of marriage to a wife that to me is the only time you should grow attached to an object if it carries a good memory.
Good work liked it alot an it is though provoking.
