ThoughtA Poem by Tyler FrazierAs you teenager/young adult some of us deal with depression and anxiety. Some more than others. Personally having these "thoughts" are difficult to deal with and ignore. It is okay to not understand.
There's this thought.
The one I've thought. Thought it was gone. Still a game and I'm its pawn. Flooding myself with good. I did what I could. That doesn't mean I am done. Its just begun. Panic Attacks. Anxiety Attacks. Ticks. Hicks. There's this thought. End it is what I ought, but it is taking up everything. I'll do anything. To get rid of this one thought. Panic Attacks. Anxiety Attacks. Ticks. Hicks. Its only begun. There's this thought. Here's my lot. Much of nothing, yet it's something. I give you my all. I give it before I fall. It's only this one thought. Thought. I'm so distraught. Take what I brought. Before it's a battle unfought.
