Toking Up

Toking Up

A Poem by Roger Morrison
"

Night sky in my skull black magic in your eyes

"

Toking up

Grey skies consume our center of blue

One hit for me, one hit for you

When wicked spirits manifest

They wrap around throbbing flesh

Silver ice coats our running ground

Toking up, falling down

Electric labyrinth in your veins

Hour glass rests in your hand

I fall asleep in the bottom

Suffocate on falling sand

Night sky in my skull

Black magic in your eyes

We smoke and smoke

Until the ceiling is cloudy

Like overcast skies
