Fighting the darkness, becoming the light. This is more a song then a poem.

Running through the empty hills
Avoiding confrontation
Your insecurities
They lead you
They feed you
Developing in your blind eye
They fear you

Lost in the night
What a fight, what a fright
Lost in the night
Need the light, need the light

Your thoughts are what make you
Will it be the darkness that breaks you
Fight through the night
Fight for the light
Don’t let the darkness consume you
Fight for the right

Thoughts in your head
They scare you
Unaware, you
Feeding on your dark conscience
They fear you

When will you turn
Where will you turn
If the darkness finds you
Who will you burn,
Will you burn?

Lost in the night

Time will cause the darkness to grow
Dark conscience becomes the fearless foe
It's time to fight
Destroy the night
Become the light
