Dreams

Dreams

A Poem by Strange_Porcelain

Mistaken by you castle in the air
you drum the dreams you've seen before
Itched the desire, the hunger of you
intoxicated by failure; that lead balloon
and dreamer to grim he befell
swaying and swinging into a legend he fell
canary he whinned but never flew
life of the party he only grew
apprentic he was coached and conned
antiquated by years, that breaking dawn
Juliet she was inspite of beauty
He, the Romeo aside from certainty
asleep they lay infected with fever
companions they were only to peter.
