Panic Attack

Panic Attack

A Poem by Broken Like An Angel

Your mind begins to race, then you start to pace.

The fear is in your head, the horrifying thought of being dead.

A tingle down your spine, inside you’re never fine.

The darkness creeps around you, you think oh no it’s found you.

This life for you is over, it will be okay they told her.

The dark becomes the light, you realize you’re alright.

The attacks become your friend, as you wait for them to come again.
