She Used To Run On The Beach

starfish ain't stupid

Waves turned with a cold crash upon soft beach
Tiny turmoil spinning around her toes
Settling into a graceful run
Across the sand
Under the sun

A drifting starfish looked up with a smile
He knew as chaotic waters settled
Into peaceful spread under the sun
In graceful flow
Again she'd run
