I've been feeling a bit down..and this is what I came up with:

Gone

With no way of returning,

There's an ache in my soul

something close to burning.

Why won't this sadness every leave?

This pain hurts so much,

more than you would believe.

So soon without anything

more to say,

reading this hits me hard. you have away with words you really do.It reminds me of the loss of my mother and dad them never returning to hold me again to talk to or anything.but i know in the end will be together.sounds like you loved someone you loved very much with all your heart and soul.losing someone who passes or even someone in your life just leaving ,is very hard to handle.your soul does ache and the sadness is great it will always be with us but in time with the grace of God he helps us to manage it a little easier some how.
