"never once did I doubt that flame,
would return to me in its full glory,"
This is so true! Even during my longest 'drought' writing was the one thing I knew I would always return to eventually. It does feel like a gift, personally packaged to the hearts of writers everywhere. The rhyming scheme is wonderfully done so that it sounds fun and joyful about the return of the inspiration. I love this!!

Inspiration is everywhere !
So happy that your pen is able to curl around those moments once again.
I'm floating in the clouds most of the time, so my muse tends to hide from me. I know she'll come out to play when she's ready. I never rush her.
Your thoughts are so beautiful and uplifting. : )

True. Without nature, what are Haikus and Senyrus? What are those pretty flowers and strong tall trees? And what are us, humans? Inspiration comes like the seasons, always returning when needed. It reminds us that creativity can be found everywhere, just like nature around us. Lovely work.

Indeed, the only boundaries to creativity; relate to human intelligence and imagination. Human life can being wonderfully imaginative sources of inspiration, romance, achievements and so much more. We don't even have to reflect reality in our writing, and can draw purely from imagination.
Inspiration is always welcomed even after neglect and long absence. What a treat of a write:)

It makes me smile! What better way to write than just being happy to let inspiration come along and glide you pent to page... of fingers to keys in some cases. Short and sweet are some of the best!
:D
I like this one...it has a playful and happy flow to it. Love the way you did this. Great job!
