THE CHOICE

We have but this one life to make THE CHOICE

I made The Choice

No regret, doubt or shame

It’s the only choice I’ve ever made

That I am totally sure is The Right Choice

 

I chose to accept Jesus Christ

As my Lord, Savior, and Redeemer

 

With this choice, I strive daily to

Love

Forgive

Be Peaceful

Compassionate

Non-judgmental

And humble

 

Yet, I fall so short each day

Still I hold onto my Faith

 

I live in this world

But not of this world

To be of this world brings pain and chaos

 

I love Thee with all of my

Heart, mind and soul.

 

I thank Thee for being the

Forgiving

Loving

Faithful

God that you are

 

I pray for the

Needy

Poor

Homeless

Addicted

Afflicted

Unwanted

Unloved

Neglected

Abused

Unseen

And the Unknowing

 

Not for my sake,

But for Thine be the kingdom, the power, and the glory

 

Thank you Heavenly Father for first loving me

For sending your only begotten son to pay my debt of sin

 

Thank you Jesus, for following God’s will

For dying on the cross and taking the fullness of God’s wrath

Redemption was complete and

The gates of Heaven were open

To all who make The Choice

 

You died on the cross and rose on the third day –

Sin, death, and satan were defeated

You ascended into Heaven to sit at the right hand of

God, the Father Almighty

 

I pray that my name is written in The Book of Life

And when I take my last earthly breath

That you will bless me with your grace and mercy

And allow me to live with you for eternity

 

Thank you, my God, my Lord, my Savior

My All

The Apostles' Creed

 

I believe in God, the Father Almighty,

Creator of heaven and earth,

What a lovely tribute to the lord...........And no worries he understands our struggles he does not want us to be perfect , he just wants us to try to be the best we can be.... I am very good at this part, the falling short..the wandering...the straying but yes i made my choice when i was just a wee lad of eleven.

Yes, I made the choice when I was a child, which was pretty amazing seeing I came from athiest parents! I don't know where I'd be right now if I didn't have my deep faith.
