Can You Hear Lonely?

Forsaken.

I close my eyes and fall into a faded world.
Nothing seems so clear or taste as good,
But the feeling is there.
I design and destroy what ever I want,
But when I open my eyes are only when then,
I lose control.
I walk around in desperate need,
With a dagger in my back,
I'm bleeding,
Screaming for help yet no one sees...
Because they pretend not to.
Because they are afraid of me,
Afraid that I am a disease.
I've grown angry at my own cries.
I want to put an end to this misery.
I stand behind you,
Forever and always I do not matter.

You all continue to vanish before me.
Only when I need you most.
