DeathA Poem by Gregory HillDedicated to NightwishThe end has come, The end of life, The end of love, Yet not of strife,
The end of work, The end of play The end of joy, I could not stay,
Our life so sweet, I was so young, I left this life, Untold, unsung,
Where do I go? From whence I came? In darkness now, A smothered flame,
Might there be peace? Might I find rest? Could life have been? Some cruel test?
With my last thought, I wish you well, Do not mourn me, No more farewells.
Dedicated To Nightwish May He Rest In Peace. © 2010 Gregory HillAuthor's Note
