The TossA Poem by NosytIt is evident, The time is prudent, I must release, Despite the concerns, despite the fears, despite the uncertainty over this lease. With my elbow pointed out, my arm flexed, my torso twisting far, With the flick of my wrist I will let go, without truly knowing what you are. As soon as I see the first rotation, I think to myself this was a mistake, But deep down I know it was the correct decision to make. You get more and more distant as you soar through the air, The more I worry this will be something more permanent then I wish to bare. I only hope the wind can catch you right and divert your current path, I can only wish the trajectory will have the right math. Despite wanting you here with me, I had to set you free, I just really hope you are a boomerang and not a frisbee. © 2011 Nosyt |
