ScafoldingA Poem by NosytI'm an Architecture student, so this my attempt at melding that into my poetryWith the passing of time, things have become unsettled, Through wear and tear, what was neat, became dismantled. What was strong and sturdy, we have found unstable, There once was productivity and functionality, but now it's unable. It is time to no longer give into the neglect, We must acknowledge what is important enough to protect. We should begin with the foundation and reassuring its strength, For without it, the end closes in its length. We should continue on to the main supports with reinforcements, Adding this strength with help with all future installments. Protecting the interior with an affective enclosure is a must, Keeping out all that will infest, desinegrate or cause rust. Making sure sunlight can continue to infiltrate and enrich, A subtle but very important detail, I ensist. This may sound like a very complex task I am enfolding, So we can take it slow, and start with constructing our scafolding. © 2009 Nosyt |
