Our eyes meet for the 1000th time, but this time there’s a new connotation,
Our lips lock for probably the 50th time, but this time there’re new propositions.
As the clothes rip off and fly all over the floor,
We grab each new section of flesh exposed, harder then the one just before,
The only thing breaking our lips is our desperate gasps for air,
The surroundings all blur, as this entity in front of me is all that I am aware.
Your eyes give me a look that causes my hair to raise,
A slight curl up of the corner of my lip is the only real acknowledgment I can give in your praise.
As the angles of our bodies shallows our pulse begins to pound,
We suddenly become two adjectives forming a single noun.
It is at that moment our bodies begin to melt,
It was at that moment the emotions of the other we both felt.
The motions together form a harmonious rhythm,
Two contrasts swirling together like water mixing with chrism.
With every slight twitch your throat releases a slight hum,
I grip you closer only to release so no damage to you is done.
Blissful, lust, adoring, touch,
Ecstatic, yearn, affectionate… very much.
Astonishing, sentiments, as I admire your beauty,
I realize I don’t remind you of it enough, for it is my duty.
As our grips begin to strengthen and our muscles begin to quiver,
We lock eyes again and true passion is what they deliver,
Our hands tighten almost to the point of no circulation,
Until they slowly loosen as we try and regain our respiration.
Our souls collide in numerous ways,
As our eyes meet for one last gaze.
I have been writing Poetry since High School and have recently been entertaining the idea of trying to publish a book. I will be compiling poetry on here and any comments and/or criticism is appreciat.. more..
