What I saw Today

What I saw Today

A Poem by Trusting

(Today)

Today I saw a fish

Yesterday I saw death

Tommorow I'm going to see me

 (Yesterday)

Today I saw death

Yesterday I saw you

Tommrow I'll see a fish

 (Tommrow)

Today I saw me

Yesterday I saw a fish

Tommrow I'll see life

 (Today)

Today I saw life

Yesterday I saw me

Tommrow I'll scrape a knee

 (Tommrow)

Today I scraped a knee

Yesterday I saw life

Tommorw I'll go scene

 (Yesterday)

Today I went scene

Yesterday I scraped a knee

Tommrow I'll tell you that you just wasted time reading a stupid poem I hate >:D

I gotta laugh at that last line, I really gotta. It was really confusing, I was thinking there some some paradoxial thing to it or something, but I actually get it know. Oh I can't get over that last line, I loved it. I think it was a great idea. And hey, it didn't waste my time at all, it gave me a laugh.

Interesting concept, but if you twist it a little it could be brilliant.

Awesome! That was very creative and I respect people who try to make something serious fun and entertaining. I think if someone was having a bad day and then they read this that it would make their day a little brighter. We defiantly need more poets like you that make people feel better by reading your writing. And I admit, I did read it all, but it made me laugh at the end. Nice job!

I read it all. I laughed. It didn't seem like a waste of time, though. I like the concept of time and if you were to write a serious poem (as opposed to this pointless one) like this, it would probably be worthwhile. Good job, though. Thank you.

I had to stop after the first stanza and read it over again because it made my brain hurt a lil lol. But it made me laugh and I liked the yesterday, today, and tomorrow scheme

I have to say this was fairly entertaining. I read through the whole thing and I was pretty mad that there was no point but I laughed. I love your concept, "today, tomorrow, yesterday" it was creative and I think perehaps you should use that concept in a deeper writing it would get great reviews.
