On the Second Floor

On the Second Floor

A Poem by Rae
"

A poem of thoughts as I observe the goings on outside of my Library window.

"
In the library,
looking out of the large glass window.
Watching the wind blow the decorative grasses
and the leaves on the trees
Just looking out
makes me feel like I'm flying
or falling.
I watch a ladybug
make its journey to the roof
by scurrying
While two more perform
Lincoln Beachey swan dives
in a journey of their own.
People walk on the pavement outside
study,
like I should be doing.
socialize,
like I wish I could do,
and go gome,
where I wish to be

About
I mostly like to blog, but every once in a while the creative juices will flow and I'll spit out a poem/ short story or two. Usually the gramma is terrible because I have a very short attention span a.. more..
