This was very good! I read many of your haikus and chose this one to leave a review on. I liked the simplicity in the wording. I noticed that you don't follow that 5-7-5 rule, why is that? It is not a bad thing, I just never seen this style of haiku before. I think you have a knack for keeping it simple and it pays off really well. I'm happy to have you in the I Love Haikus! group.
