i think i know your

deep green eyes

and wide smile

though i've never seen

you before

there's something

familiar

in your curly brown hair

i could swear i've never met you

yet i know things i shouldn't

that thin scar

along your left cheekbone

is from a cat you had

when you were three and

you are deathly afraid

of spiders

i could swear i've never met you

but then how do i know

your name
