Memory

A Poem by Tristianity

You walked in, you were almost beautiful.
Made me feel weak, my lips trembled.
I whispered your name, you looked my way.
Can I kiss you yet? Just wait...

You were right in front of me, I longed to touch you.
I stood there wondering if you felt like this too.

When you you touched me, it hurt...
I started to see something, you were kissing her.

I stopped breathing, I didn't move.
"Why are you showing me this? How could you?"

"Because it's true.." He whispered.

I fell to my knees, shaking, he held me.
"I'm sorry baby.."
