Lost words

Today i have no idea
what to write to you, my dear
seems i lost all my words
while watching outside the birds

there's a blue chickadee
sings its little melody
and in the cherry tree the pigeon
i can see it from my kitchen

and still it's hard for me to write
so i finish it up right
soon you will be here
finally finally finally - near!
