How many tears must I spill for your love

If you were to wish for a lake I would cry till my death

 

How many men must I kill for your heart

I would run every river red just to hear its beautiful beat

 

If you choose my death for your soul

Then I will march one man, against any army and pray it be swift

 

If it cost the sun for your body

Then with only the bones of my hands I shall pull it from the sky

 

No ocean to deep, no star to far away

Forever I'll love you

I was challenged to write something more positive I usally dont write romance so here you go.

It's still a rather dark poem but it's beautiful none the less. If you want to write an enlightening romance try to describe more of a "rainbow sky and bunnies in lush green meadows" way, but I don't even write those. They don't attract as much of a love way than this write, in my belief, I gave my two cents. I hope they help you, or discard all together I jsut though I'd try to help. ~White Rose.

For romance this is very deep. I can almost feel myself the emotionall distress that you have put into this. A very good poem indeed.

This is a lovely piece though I know I would certainly never make any guy do that sort of thing for me! It is a nice sentiment, I must say. I think everyone wishes to have someone care about them so much and this portrays that feeling perfectly. Great write!

This was probably my favorite part of the poem, as I finished reading it I literally said, "Oh wow".

One thing, any woman that'd ask a man to cry her a lake probably isn't a good one :p.
