![]() Fantasy Football - Survive & AdvanceA Story by Trent Keitel![]() 2015 ESPN Fantasy Football playoff run.![]() The regular-season was rough, posting a 1-6 home record and
4-3 away record, my “Corn on the Cobb” line-up posted a 5-9 record overall (.357),
and gave up 1793.5 points and only scored 1734. On draft night back in August, I thought I had drafted a dynamite
team, but as the season went on injuries started to happen and I had to hit the
waiver wire to try to maintain an active filled roster. The nightmare of a regular-season ended on a high note by
winning the last game and earning the #8 and final seed. The Fantasy Football
Gods must have been on my side as the playoffs were a complete turnaround. I
bulldozed every team in my path, winning three games in a row, including the
Championship. My playoff record was 3-0, knocking off the #1, #4 and #3
seeds in that order. My average margin of victory was 63. Round 1 #8 Corn on the Cobb - 175.5 #1 Opponent (FCL) - 91.5 Round 2 #8 Corn on the Cobb - 135 #4 Opponent (GFTS) - 92 Round 3 (Championship) #8 Corn on the Cobb - 167.5 #3 Opponent (DB) - 106.5 Week One regular-season
