brothers in torment

brothers in torment

A Poem by t
"

facing reality

"

The weight of your absence continues to swell.

-

I grieve for you as if you are already gone.

-

Dreams of your gravestone exceed daydreams of your face.

-

I struggle to designate blame.

-

Your habits to cope, or his actions to harm?

-

I regret the help that I never gave you.

-

The world missed out and you aren’t even gone.

-

I will greet your passing with relief.

-

For the peace that you will be granted.

-

How can this be the life that you have been given?

-

I am losing the sound of your voice.

About
I am anywhere, I am nowhere; I am silent, hear me roar; I am invisible, see me shine; I am tormented, until I heal; I am awake, until I dream; I am irrelevant, until I speak. more..
