Summer's Breeze

Summer's Breeze

A Poem by Tree Bark

Blowing in the breeze, the warming summer sun,
Blowing in the breeze, winters on its run.

Blowing in the breeze, the clouds make way for stars.
Blowing in the breeze, the streets are clear of cars.

Blowing in the breeze, I smell the fragrance of your skin.
Blowing in the breeze, it's getting cold I think we better go in.

Blowing in the breeze, is that perfect summer night.
When we watched the sun go down, taking all the light.

Blowing in the breeze, we had kissed goodnight.
I watched you leave like a summer bird taking flight.

Don't you hate how summer comes and goes with such ease?
Suddenly its here then its blowing in the breeze.
