Sleeplessly Haunted

Sleeplessly Haunted

A Poem by Tree Bark

Even when I try to sleep
I don't find peace.
I wake up in the middle of the might
Hugging my knees.
Endless times this process repeats
Of choking in my bed
It's freezing all around me
Yet. somehow I manage to sweat
I try to close my eyes again
But now thoughts are starting to reign
I'm tossing and turning but all in vain
Next thing I know, I'm back to sleep

Really interesting poem. It was a good read. I found one fault with it though. You typoed, I believe.

"I wake up in the middle of the might." I'm guessing might should be night.

Other than that, I found nothing wrong. Yet again, it was a good read.
