Third Time's a Charm

Third Time's a Charm

A Poem by Travis Prino

I thought of you the day she went away

it reminded me of the pain

that you brought into my life

but I wish that I could hold you in my arms tonight

I thought of you the day she broke my heart

it reminded me of your departure

the way you left me out in the cold

how you left me wondering feeling so alone

somebody kill me

put a bullet in my head

I'll show you what's like to bleed

we can do it over again

somebody kill me

put a bullet in my head

I'll show you what it's like to bleed

we can do it over again

I think of you although the years have passed

going over how I could have made it last

but you're not here and I can't see your face

my blood will drain until I'm gone from this place

I think of you because you were my first love

and since you left me I've been feeling so numb

it reoccurs with every girl I meet

an endless cycle started by your deceit

somebody kill me

put a bullet in my head

I'll show you what it's like to bleed

we can do it over again

somebody kill me

put a bullet in my head

I'll show you what it's like to bleed

we can do it over again

one time broken hearted

two times been discarded

third time's a charm I never wanted

one time broken hearted

two times been discarded

third time's a charm I never wanted

SO SOMEBODY KILL ME

PUT A BULLET IN MY HEAD

I'LL SHOW YOU WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BLEED

WE CAN DO IT OVER AGAIN

and somebody kill me

put a bullet in my head

I'll show you what it's like to bleed

we can do it over again

we can do it over again

we can do it over again

we can do it over again.

Just a little caveat to my writing, 95% of what I write are lyrics so excuse the length and repetition and don't be deterred by that. Hope you enjoy. Feel free to comment. more..
