Heading Into The UnknownA Poem by TravieI wrote this on a dark Spring night.
How many breaths are in a life,
Full of pain and sorrow, The dagger stabs deeper With every day that passes. Sleep brings hope of a new day, But days are burning hell on Earth, There must be a way to stop this pain, Maybe I'm just taking life in vein. People say keep holding on, Telling me that I'm strong. I say I've been strong too long, That I can't hold on any longer. With these final words I say, It is time for me to sail away, Into the abyss of my dreams, A beautiful and happier life.
