Save Me Just One More Time

This is a poem I wrote when I was conflicting with life.

Bang bang the shotgun goes, 

Awaking the dead of night, 

Once again, a hopeless soul, 

Taking a permanent solution. 

Broken and in distress, 

Screaming out for help, 

All that's heard is the silence, 

Nothing left but the memories. 

I finally closed my eyes, 

Breathing in and out one last time, 

Leaving a world behind and forgotten, 

No more light at the end of this black tunnel.

Just save me one more time, 

Needing your kiss as my savior, 

Skipping beats of a bleeding heart, 

As you say, "Baby, don't leave me like this."
