Went fishing this morning and before I new it, it was 1600 hrs. I had all reddy cot six or seven red salmon, one of witch I kept for lunch but now it's closer to dinner. So dinner it is. Once I found a place to build a fire I started prepping my fish. Fillet of salmon, onions cut in half moons, seasoned with salt-and-pepper, covered in brown sugar, and drizzled with lemon then wrapped an aluminum foil. About an hr on the coles and the fish was dun. Then I got a self invited guest. A rather good looking fox came by the beach kitchen and we had dinner together.
It was a good day! And it's not dun yet, at 2200 hrs I'm going fishing a gin in the land of the midnight sun. =^.^= © 2015 TravelinAlaskan |
