With Sweet comes Sour

With Sweet comes Sour

A Poem by Trapped
"

Robert Frost wrote a poem. Nothing gold can stay. Well in my case, Nothing Sweet can stay.

"

You see me,

Sitting there,

Acting,

Like the world is the sweetest candy.

Nobody sees,

How sour,

The world can get.

Nobody sees,

How many balls,

Made from fire,

I juggle.

I struggle,

To deal,

With the sour.

I struggle,

To find,

The sweet.

I struggle,

To see,

That there,

Is more sweet,

Than sour,

In a world,

Coated,

In sour.

A strong lamentation and a tad presumptive.Agree about the punctuation.

The brevity and spareness of this one give the feeling of it an understated but powerful impact. It may have more commas than necessary, however.
