MarathonA Poem by TrappedI run my marathon. You run yours. Some are long. Some are short. Depends on the obstacles in the way.
I’m running a marathon
I get weights added My weights increase I get breaks and energy Decreasing and decreasing What happens When I run out of energy Can’t wait to figure it out The sooner the better Because these weights Are becoming heavy And I Am on The verge Of collapse Because I’m not strong enough To keep everyone’s weights On my shoulders And still have strength For my own © 2018 TrappedAuthor's Note
