No Justice, No Peace

No Justice, No Peace

A Poem by The Cunning Linguist
"

If all of us would bust a gun it'd make 'em duck and run....

"
If Trayvon Martin's taught us something it's one simple fact,
you'll never get no justice in this country if you're black,
no matter if you're murdered on the street in coldest blood,
the courts will always look at us as nothing more than thugs.

The s**t aint fair I know but what the f**k do you expect?
Just look on back through history you'll witness nothing less,
than white on black brutality; it's like we wasn't blessed,
the world's just gonna knock us off until there's nothing left.

But if we all pick up a gun we'll make 'em duck and run,
since this is all that's understood then f**k it; bust for fun,
for Trayvon, Rodney King and all of us amongst the slums,
no justice means no peace until they give a brotha some.

While my way is a tad extreme and like the baddest dream,
it looks like that's the only way to make these b******s see,
that they can't kill us all for nothing; somethin needs to cease,
the revolution's comin y'all, no justice....or no peace.
