Cold And DarkA Poem by The Cunning LinguistThe side of me that big mouth mu'f*ckas get to see....
Some folks just don't like me but I won't lose any sleep,
my heart is like an ocean so my soul is blue and deep, ascending from the bottom's something; ain't no holdin off, it's almost like a demon and it's freezing cold and dark. My name stays in the mouth of those who have no teeth to chew, the metaphysicality that's always beastin through, the absent minded logic that's so on you know it's off, don't ever think you got me figured; see I'm cold and dark. Don't throw rocks at my house cause yours is of the thinnest glass, I've never been the type who shucks and jives and kisses a*s, I've cut off blood born kin for less because my zone don't stop, I'm like The Rolling Stones because I roll alone and rock. I came out the vagina by myself so best believe, that I can live my life alone until the death of me, I'm not afraid of destiny no matter where it leads, I'll stand up tall and solo suited up or wearin jeans please, phony ain't my nature and I'll leave my rant at that, these b******s tried to kick to me but f**k; I ran it back, don't ever think you know me see cause it will only start, the rise of your descention here with me; it's cold and dark. ©2014 The Cunning Linguist © 2014 The Cunning LinguistAuthor's Note
