EarthA Poem by Tony

earth suckles me to her bossom. What thirsts & curses & courses my veins-- hails from yields to returns reluctantly to you. Mere ashes & dust selfish dust RECYCLED NO LESS! Not special at all from t**d to honey-TWICE! Cabbage to pig to flower to bee. Cycling like the earth 1000 miles per hour x 67000 eliptically x 100s of thousands galactic ally. Yet here on this rock-- this speck is more other id sole & soul Solomon & simple wind & willow willow & rain rain & wind. Sharing separately. Dancing alone together. Blood & iron may race the veins. Yet for a season this dust lives coincides hears the Rock shares its space with life and light. “THIS” thirsts & craves & ourses through a different vane (defined as a moveable device attached to an elevated object-for showing direction). A soul-sail on a dust log. One aspiring(inspiring) to separate. The other doomed to. Some are overwhelmed-emotions bubbling. Others are still. Thoughtful. Wholly immersed. Unable to move at all. Is your course set? Shall we anchor our sail to this dusty log with chains & anguish? Or loose that coil that frees the flight we fear--and crave? Separation is sure. The earth dissolves the log while gates net the sail. Do we dance for other dusty logs to boast our thoughts? Should we? Should we crave to? If you close your eyes can you tingle with flight? Id & idiot. Sound and fury. Nothing and everything. One season to learn. One season to teach. The days clock slowly too fast. Choices. Choice. Choose. Chose. Tic toc tick talk. Any regrets? The log will never know what the sail will. The soul shares nothing but time with the dust-- & sweet little of that. Choose wisely. No regrets. © 2013 Tony |
