Some women are to die for... while this is true, there are some absolutely beautiful men out there that have the same effect on women.
And by beautiful, I mean so beautifully handsome... you just have to stop and stare...
I enjoyed this one...
Wishing you well.

She certainly has that thing or I should say she thinks she does....they usually have a carnal/shallow focus when it comes to attraction.
Stay the hell away from her I say.

Some women just have an allure that is hard to resist and men fall hard. Other women hate women like that. This poem has many great lines and I think it really shows how superficial attraction can be.

Totally unrelated but it popped into my mind whilst reading this.... I once saw a sign, truly, that said ear piercing while you wait.
Ahem... Any road up as they were wont to say in my old neck of the woods.
Perhaps I used to think of women like this, perhaps I used to dream of women like this, perhaps I drooled over women like this, (ok Diana Rigg and Felicity Kendal. I know you are too young. And Catherine Deneuve and I suppose and the lead singer in Curved Air Sonia Kristina and and I think I'm going to have to sit down. Oh I am sitting down) But do I still do this ...... er. Do I still do this..... er still do this. Sorry I was miles away then. what were we talking about?
Incidentally I was humming the old Peter Sarstedt song 'Where do you go to my lovely' in my head.
I wish I could do humour like what you do and still make a point about mysogeny.

I do recall Miss Rigg and then Felicity too but I liked her snobbish counterpart who turned into the lady of the manor born.
Then the girl on the Tennents can was worth a good fight on a Friday night over too. Say "I wanna be a juror on a rural brewery robbery case" fast.

I've not played the album in years and years because a( it is very scratched and warped and b) I don't have a turntable anymore. Perhaps I should think about getting one. I don't think it is available anywhere on any other format but I will check.
"∞" ("Infinity"), the most controversial song on the album, consists of Irene Papas chanting "I was, I am, I am to come" over a sparse percussion track, gradually building into an orgasmic frenzy. Vangelis described the track as conveying "the pain of birth and the joy of intercourse."[3][12] Ferris originally sought a narrator with a heavy British accent to recite the lyric, in order to create a contrast with the climactic frenzy, but Papas' improvisation was chosen instead because it made a stronger impression.[5] Hegarty and Halliwell describe the song as part of the "increased cacophony" that marks the progression towards the apocalypse.[34] Melody Maker remarked in 1972 that in light of the publicity received by Serge Gainsbourg's "Je t'aime... moi non plus", it was "odd" that the media overlooked 666, but that it would have been a "pity" if it achieved notoriety solely due to Papas' contribution.[3] A sample of Papas taking sharp breaths was used in Enigma's "Principles Of Lust".[36]

to Never/Neverland
Oh hell, I love all the lines, actually. I'm not sure if you meant it that way (and I suspect you did), or if it's just me reading inbetween the lines...but this poem speaks volumes...about the vacant, mindless, sex-centered focus of some women...and in their own minds, they see themselves are gorgeous, desirable...they see men crying themselves to sleep with unrequited desire.
Then again...maybe that's not at all what you're saying...lol. At any rate, I love the thought and word choice and flow of this one. Nicely done!

I love the statement in your poem...it's not condemnation...it's an honest view. One I've shared on occasion. Sounds like a bombshell! I had to read it twice because in my mind I mixed the words up and it came out with a totally different message LOL! Example, the last line I read "In her mind" and not "her in mind" and it changed everything. I think you've used interesting choices of words in several parts; notably the first line "she sells" as if she were a product, and also the visualization of her pulse in her pants :)
