Now this is something...These are my favorite kind of poems to read. Short, sounds like a verse in a song, and tells a story we can all relate to.
This made me think of an astronaut, un-tethered and free floating in space. He looks around at the vast spectacles of space in awe of its glistening ore, but then he looks down at the luscious Earth below his feet and see's a parasitic mob just gouging the hell out of it.

so not only has poor earth been sold out by his companions, NASA just recently discovered and confirmed a new moon. looks like earth needs to take up poetry.

I like the description. The sun is yellow, so you use gold, the moon is grey so you use silver. And then you finish off with about the world being sold. It can serve as an allegory. I like it.
