Touching love

Touching love

A Poem by Tony Jordan

touch her
fingertips with yours in
a slow methodical
dance of the digits from index
to pinky
then thumb press gently forward
and feel
the resistance melt
let your palms find each
other
feel both souls reaching ~

illuminating

knowing

forgiving

promising

loving

I'm not a big fan of romance - here I go again - but, you've done it again, you can not only do it with emotions, you can also do it with simple acts, make them into thingies like this that can actually tempt me to get into romance, it is as if each frame of a single motion was captured and worked on by hundreds of artists - well not exactly like that, altho I like you I still wont say you're this great, neither am i dangit, but i like how you're able to "capture" these "frames" and the beautiful way you do it

I'm good and all the better to see you in such fine fettle.
I love this one...

Romance is always a pleasure and certainly a guarantee to light any fire within.

Wishing you well.

one of the reasons, i like this so much is that i really miss holding hands...people don't do it enough anymore...they walk behind or ahead...rather than beside.

I find myself objecting to just one word here. Otherwise I find myself using the much abused word lovely. And another; loving. And another; beautiful. So there is just that one word you use that jars just a little. Should I mention it or not? I find myself asking.
