Sometimes people are too chicken to call out the truth that everyone can see. That's my thoughts on this elephant in the room. Because the truth is deeper than what's on the surface. It's like a brain teaser, this one...

Its also about using metaphor to avoid the truth or to sugar coat it. Thats why the metaphors are put in a smoothie maker and blended and mixed, so they can't work properly.
Thank you for reviewing it Ana.
I appreciate your thoughts.

I guess the message is in there somewhere but I was having so much fun messing with metaphors that I thought it was lost.

Now this I don't like at all because I didn't think of it first. Witty, clever, surreal, Learish, perfect nonsense. Have I said enough good things about this perfect series of images this brought to my troubled mind?

Thank you for the review and the laugh.
Only tangentially related: A stranger once told me, without any discernible lead-in, that he had no objection to men accepting lap dances from elephants--providing those recipients possessed the constitution to enjoy it.
Compared to that, "Mixing it down" makes perfect sense.
Fun read, Tony!
