I never meant...

I never meant...

A Poem by Antonina Dutchak

I never meant, I swear
To fall for your eyes.
Dark heart, dark hair.
I was as cold as ice.

Inside was rain
My tries to hide the pain.
In vain
You showed the happiness again.

You carry light. You are the sun
I am the moon. Reflection of the light.
I beg, forever shine.
From dusk till dawn
For that light I'll fight
I'll throw away the crown.

I'm just the words. You are the sound.
The melody of all the melodies
I beg, sound loud,
Please.
Instead of war song
In me
There is rapsody.

Each time in this I swore
I broke the swear
But I won't leave you for
All treasures in the the world.
No matter how much feelings
Will die.
As long as human beings
Can love
For me you're soul's salvation,
You are the god's damnation.
