Beached WhaleA Poem by Toni.SCareless and lazy as
we all can be, Throwing our garbage
into the sea. We vacation for miles, With faces filled
with smiles. As humpbacks compile, Our old boxes and
cups, And then slowly
destruct. At the hands of man, Who clearly
understands, That a whale is a
whale, A live being which is
frail, To waves of litter, On beaches with sands
of glitters. © 2019 Toni.S |
