A 'simple' miracle !

A 'simple' miracle !

A Poem by Tom
"

Inspired by Emma Joy's 6th Global Christmas collaboration ..

"
The achievements of man are many, industrious and sublime
from electricity, television and computers, even spaceships fine
but his efforts pale into insignificance, appearing dull and vague,
when I gaze in awe at a tiny hatchling, emerging from an egg!

We are fearfully and wonderfully made. Man can only create, devil can manipulate, but God can make the impossible happen- that is what miracle is.Darwinism nor industrial mellenism can explain why an egg hatches and how a tiny life evolves from it.You have magnified this incident with your perceptive thoughts Tom.

A simple miracle indeed! Human beings think we are so smart, but all the technology in the world pales in comparison to Nature's daily miracles... Nicely done, Tom!

Thanks Neville and the same to you my friend !
A few seasons ago, a bird family built a nest on some old wood we had stacked up by our back door. We watched that momma and daddy take care of their eggs and when they hatched, it was so beautiful! My whole family was amazed seeing this cycle complete itself. We were happy and sad to see those babies (our babies!) fledge. It is truly the little things that turn out to be the biggest things of all, Tom. Angi~

Indeed so true true Gabrielle & thank you for your stopping !
dear Tom... A tiny hatchling emerging from an egg.
"How Great Thou Art" is a song that echoes your feelings.
The intricacies of the human mind and spirit and body,
as well as all creation are miracles ... and I rejoice every
moment. Your poetry is as intricate and delicate as a
snowflake or a tiny bird singing. truly... Pat
